Skinny jeans, bold graphic tees, and glamorous makeup defined the edgy, eccentric fashion of 2016. A decade later, the aesthetic is coming back into the spotlight.

Aryan Kawatra (Class of 2029) is an Interactive Media Arts student at Tisch with a strong interest in direction and photography. He enjoys combining visual storytelling with fashion, bringing a distinct style to each shoot.
Piper Vita (class of 2029) is an intended Media, Culture, and Communications major at Steinhardt with a minor in Fashion. Through shopping and building outfits at her local goodwill throughout high school, she has become fascinated with sustainable fashion, and has now built a 100% recycled wardrobe. She is interested in how the fashion industry transforms to accommodate the growing demand for sustainability, and is excited to share this passion through marketing work and shoots at Violet Vault.
